I just had worst customer service from attendant by the name Luyanda.He refuse to help me because i refused to move my car lil forward i could see its not neccessary.i had to ask the cashier if there was wrong with that pump i was at but only to find out HE didnt want to help because of his oen decision. Thats the worst petrol att and he is so dirty he is not a GOOD BRAND AMBASSADOR for Shell South Africa or the site he works at. I hope Regional manager will find time to read these reviews because there are a lot of loop holes at that site.eg dirty rusted petrol pumps and unproffessional attendants.we dont complain do that attendants should be fired but as customers we should be valued.
Please train your night staff to be more customer friendly , he doesn't give me a debit slip to show me how much was taken off and then gets an attitude when I ask for the slip
