It's cost efficient and alot of people can afford. And alot of their items are inexpensive so even the less fortunate can afford. It's just not clean.

Quick service and essential needs
You can almost find anything that you looking for. It is very dangerous turning the corner coming in or going out into the main road because of cars parking right on the corner in front of the door which obstruct the traffic. Law enforcement should go and impound those vehicles and issue a hefty fine to the owner!
Security at the entrance, store looks clean with a kiosk at checkout point. I wouldn't advice being around this area after sunset
Just a walk away from my place. The staff is super friendly and once they notice you are a regular it's like walking into your uncles store. Professional yet still has common touch which is homely. Store is well kept and clean. They follow health protocol to keep everyone safe during this trying time. My kids enjoying going in the store and for me that's a bonus.
Best fish and chips since i was a toddler. They have maintained their standards this far
