Today, I had a fantastic dining experience at Panarottis Cornubia. The restaurant had a family-friendly ambiance, characterized by pleasant lighting and comfortable seating arrangements. Although it was busy this Saturday and quite noisy, I was delighted to witness four birthdays being celebrated, which further emphasized the restaurant's family-friendly nature. The overall cleanliness and tidiness of the establishment were commendable, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff members were friendly and accommodating, delivering exceptional customer service. Our waitress, Tando, stood out with her patience and attentiveness throughout the meal. She ensured that everything was in order, displaying remarkable attention to detail. The menu offered a wide selection of delectable choices. After careful consideration, I opted for the Canivore Sub. The Sub was baked to perfection, and the combination of meat and cheese was truly delightful. To conclude my meal, I treated myself to a delicious Caffe latte. There is a kids play area that's completely visible to everyone in the restaurant, so you have peace of mind that your kids are safe and happy, without the hassle of constantly checking up on them. In summary, Panarottis Cornubia is an outstanding restaurant for gathering with family and friends. The atmosphere is delightful, the food is scrumptious, and the service is excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a memorable dining experience, and will definitely be returning with more family and friends here in the future.
1. The pizza arrived DROWNING in OIL, when queried, the manager had difficulty understanding.She asked us if that's not how we wanted it... please tell me who requests oily pizza, because thats a 1st for me. She then proceeded to poke the food around with a spoon from the condiments ... she then told us the sundried tomatoes are to blame... the entire base was soggy and the board it was served on flooded with oil. 2. The chips were STALE and DRY as if day old and a tiny portion, only 1 size available. Odd, seeing as though other branches have a regular side plate of chips. Who wants R10 sauce cup size chips? 3. Ordered a passion fruit fanta , was brought orange Fanta. When queried, they say they don't sell it alone, only with their special. So why not advise when I ordered and why take it upon yourself to choose a flavour for me ? 4. Even the cutlery was messed in oil . 5. The chilli in the trio of condiments had chunks of chilli and poorly chopped, not even usable. Over all its a NO from me... Pity the standard of Panarottis isn't consistent and upheld acrross all their branches.

Had a wonderful date night supper last night here. The service was superb and the food was delicious. We started off with the cheesy garlic bread which was absolutely yummy. It was cheesy and crispy and just what we needed to warm us up. My husband ordered a five roses tea and I had a decadent hot chocolate. For our main meal we enjoyed a chicken and mayo pizza. Our first time trying it and it was delicious. The tender chicken and creamy mayo was divine on the crispy pizza base. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful and was so pleasant and always smiling. I didn't get her name but she was fantastic. Even the manager was out and about ensuring that everyone was happy and enjoying there meals. A lovely experience indeed. We will definitely be BACK! P. S. To the manager who was getting worried with all my pics nothing bad to say at all!
Very friendly staff, service was quick and efficient. The food was quite good, just the right amount of heat on my Mexican pizza. The surroundings were clean, neat and spacious. The decor is inviting and cozy despite the feeling of vastness. I liked the fact that they had charging points at each table behind the sauces. The staff stood out the most for me, my waitress was extremely polite and had a huge smile on her face. Definitely will be returning to this branch.
The food was delectable.We were treated really well,our waitron and the rest of the staff were polite,friendly and helpful.Watching staff create such delicious meals was certainly one of the highlights of the day.
Called in to place a take away order today the 14/04/2022 at 6:10pm spoke to the cashier on duty .. and placed my order .. she advised my order will be ready in 20 minutes .. payment was done 18:33pm Which i would have expected my order .. i recieved my order at 18:58 We asked for the manager .. she assisted to the lady that came after us .. maybe our skin colour is a problem here.. Upon request of asking for the manager.. we opted to advise the hostess to rather get the manager to call us .. in a confused state she didnt know what to do .. this is rather frustrating as miscommunication can really push customers away.. especially when we work together in the same mall.. We last received bad service from gateway and have not went back since then.. and by the looks of things we wont be back here! As you guys were not even fully booked yet you cannot handle the clientele you are receiving Absolutely appalling service Let me tell you that the manager has still not called up till now..
This is my favourite panarottis and Tuesday is must go with the families. Theres a play area for the kids and plenty seats outside as well The staff are friendly and pizza and pastas are delicious. The saucy chicken and mushroom pizza is devine. For the pasta lovers I would recommend their capricciosca. Nothing beats their side condiments of garlic, chilli and parmesan.

Staff complete disinterested in assisting customers. Literally stood there for 5 minutes waiting to be attended to only to have to approach a waiter and be ignored.
