I really enjoyed my birthday dinner. Staff sang for me and brought me a free ice cream. The environment was relaxed, not too busy. Service was good, we didn't wait long for our meal. Thank you very much!
More spacious than your typical Spur, which is ideal in the current COVID environment. The food was good - not great. Same applies for the service. Would go here again.
Extremely fast service received. The waiters and managers were really friendly. Food was good...no complaints. Lovely spacious setting, on the entrance of the food court.
I ate there a few times and they always cooked my steaks perfectly. Good turnaround times and great customer service. It is still one of the best family restaurants to visit at reasonable prices. Just a shame I didn't take pictures...Food: 5/5
Service was friendly however drinks came mid meal when they were supposed to arrive before your meal, a bit delayed. Food was good.

It's the typical Spur experience. This particular branch does seem to always be busy. The wait for food isn't bad despite the busy periods and we've always had good service. Parking is a bit annoying but if you choose the right spot in the Corubia underground parking, you can get the elevator up to just near the entrance of the Spur.Food: 5/5
Visited yesterday for a late lunch. Food was great. My steak was deliciously tend and was famished so I happily scuffed it down no time. My hubby enjoyed his burger special. Service was a little slow due to being busy and having a huge birthday party crowd so I won't say too much about that. However the overall experience was good. Our meals took no time at all and for being busy that was pretty impressive.
I went for lunch on Tuesday last week at this Spur and the service I recieved was not very good. I had to deal with 2 different waiters because my original waiter didn't seem to interested in helping me. No management came to see if I was still ok. Had to ask twice for the bill. No expectation for Spur to sort this out by contacting me as I am not from Durban and to be honest I left there very disappointed and upset so I didn't take any names. I would however suggest that service training gets given to the staff of this particular Spur. Because this was not the level of service one would expect from Spur in any part of the country. Spur is my go to as I travel quite alot around the country. This by far was the worst experience I have had. Service is very important, staff with passion for the industry, the franchise they work for and customer satisfaction are all key factors that are needed in achieving quality service goal. As I said. No need to make contact. As I was just a visitor in that area.
I enjoyed very fresh seafood, duh!! Service was awesome, I really was enjoying ma meal and had bambinos around that I forgot the lady who assisted us... Chaotic, lots of family with kids like us, but fun at the same time... Kid-friendliness: Play area available, closer parking for lil-ones, kids dedicated menus and customisable... very friendly staff! Parking: Closer to the restaurant and free! Wheelchair accessibility: Easy for all customers!
