Excellent food. Excellent service. Our server was a total delight and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Not a single issue with anyone's order.
I like having lunch here whenever im working in the mall and i enjoy their pasta. The staff is really friendly and i enjoy the lovely service.Food: 5/5
Place is in need of maintenance, but staff is friendly and play area is spacious and decent. Maintenance - Back rests are loose, decorative strips are loose and poking at your heels, toilets continuously pour water, aircon not always working. Ambiance - You'll be listening to music from a heavily scratched CD while enjoying your meal. Play area - Nice outside play area for kids, enclosed with glass panels. After rain the play area isn't always dried/cleaned up, resulting in wet&dirty kids if you don't realise in advance you as customer need to check that playplace is clean. Staff - Staff is helpful and friendly though. It is a pity their efforts are countered by the current negative aspects.
The food is great but it takes way too long to get it prepared and the WiFi connection is very poor, it keeps dropping is as good as not being there.
Best and the most freshest seafood ever in this place... Coming from Cape Town, this was amazing. Service as well as food

Very friendly wait staff were able to help us during loadshedding with delicious wood fire pizzas from their limited menu due to loadshedding. This would have impressed me more if it wasn't for the fact that after I finished dining I realised that the restaurants right next door had been generator powered and had been serving their full menu.
I have been here a couple of times and I always wait long to receive my order and it's mostly comes cold, so I have been forgiving until I received a shot of Gin in a juice glass. Kindly attend to the attitude of the restaurant.
We waited a long time for a table to be cleaned up. Lady waiter reasoned for a long time about this table situation. The male waiter to serve us eventually was very present, considerate and took good care of us. Pizzas was delicious after a long time
