Customer service. friendly employees that makes you feel welcomed at all times...I appreciate their service. 4 in 1 flavor....with a chutney sauce.delicious
Kids parents does not look after them they park to counter so you have to order over there head trouhing empty bottle or back on floor or table. Move chair around play even if there are Banks provided. Last I was there it was drink people children I just get one look and left seeing all these children hang in front of counter no parents in site move things around or try to sit on counter. Overall personal is friendly and helpfull even manager helps at counter and the few people working there on busy days there is noway the staff could clean up children mass or keep order they children they just does not listen. So get more staff on busy days and a security guaurd to keep order and hold place in order.

Waited for three pizzas much to long! From 18:24 until 19:07, shop was not busy, staff assured me that my order would be ready within 20 minutes. Not impressed and will take my business elsewhere. This is not the first time at Romans Upington
We had the Tuesday special. Pizza was really good. Lots of topping. Will definitely see me soon.
Would give it 4 stars if the people helping you were just a little friendly. Clean, food is good, even the service is decent. The people helping you just dont seem to have halve a personality between them. Maybe I just caught them at a bad time. Twice
Ordered 6 pan based pizzas. Told me they only have 5 pan based available. When I collected 6 traditional. Why? Pathetic
Although the pizzas are decent, the service is lacking in a severe way. Have received the wrong order twice now, In case of failure, we as customers are being blamed. When correcting said error, it is done so in a child like manner, pouting and shouting. This results then in waiting times, longer than a hour. This child like behavior is very unprofessional.
They don't treat customers equally. I stood at the closed door to want to ask and they just looked at me but when a white couple came to stand at the door after I retreated they immediately went to the door to find out what the couple was looking for.
Excellent employees, very fast and overall one of the best pizza places in town
