They don’t even deserve a one star, if I could I would have rated their service in a minus! There is absolutely no service, everytime I go there the experience is worse. They ignore you and treat you like they are doing you a huge favour to do their job. They are rude and has no work ethic. They will definitely never see me again. If this poor service continues, they can kiss their jobs goodbye. I hope management will act quick otherwise the doors will be closing soon!!!! Worst take-away place in Upington.
I'm really really disappointed and really not with the service I got today, FrstIy ordered 3 Oreo chocolate Mcflurries only to find out it was a wrong order I was given since I already paid I took them, Than after I came back to try get what I really wanted I even ordered an extra topping to rectify, I ordered once more one Oreo Mcflurry with an extra topping it was worse I was even given my order in an unfriendly manner and again o wrong order I feel sad and heart broken.
I have used the drive thru about 10 times when visiting Upington. Not once has my order been done correctly. Shocking for a mcd...
Horrible service! Took ages for a simple order, which wasn't even right after being repeated and given back 3 times. In the end we left with the wrong order anyway, and the food was cold and unappealing. Won't be back
30 minutes to order and 30 minutes waiting for food all because there is insufficient staff on shifts all the time. The one that takes your order is the same one that dispatches your food. On top of it all my chicken burger patty was very raw and it had to be sent back for another one by delivery.Food: 1/5
During Loadshedding the customer service is really bad. Food takes hours before you get them and they hand out parts of your order to other people.Food: 4/5
Very bad service. Staff in no rush to help customers or prepare orders. Saying it will take 5 minutes and end up waiting 25mim not acceptable.
The service was excellent and the food was good. The play area is suitable for young children. Food: 4/5
Unfortunately I can't give negative stars, the service here is pathetic, the reason you go to McDonald's in the first place is due to its a "fast food" chain and this place is anything but fast, also ordering is a nightmare as it feels as though they do not listen to you or understand you.Food: 3/5
Dont use the drive thru it takes 15min just to get to the paypoint with just 2 cars infront of youFood: 5/5
