Very unsatisfied with the tripple decker pizza I bought yesterday. Pizza was dry with almost no sauces, burnt, almost no toppings on the pizza. The Manager told me there is nothing wrong with the pizza. I won't recommended this place because of poor service.
Veg season pizza......staff told us that they ran out of cheese and the owner insists that they sell pizza irrespective. This is fraud....taking customers money knowing for sure you can't deliver the product......

Order pizza at 18:40 and only had it delivered at 20:00. Now I understand that sometimes service can be slow due to influx of orders but my main complaint comes fron the rude and unnecessary treatment from the staff. After my pizza was 40 min late I phoned to find out what was the holdup. The personell told me they would find out and let me know. 20 min later I phone again only to have the person rudly answer the phone with a 'what' and then drop the call after I explained my problem. So at the end of the day I got cold pizza and the most insulting treatment fron the staff.
I would just like to inform you that the pizza was nice but the person that served us named Denise treated us in a horendise way and her manners were grotesque, despite that we don't excuse her manners but it is understandable. We saw how terribly she was treated by her co-workers. She had to do everything as a result of her co-workers' laziness. Would you please follow up on the situation. We would like Denise to have a more enjoyable work environment.
Debonairs Upington is just SUPER ! Very fast , efficient and friendly ! Keep up the excellent work.
Poor service.... Wanted to order for me nd my girlfriend two pizza's but they didnt want to deliver becoz we in different locations... We both at our jobs....nd nogal telling me i cant pay for both pizza's... Rubbish
2 hours and waiting! No response on the telephone. Totally unacceptable. I have already paid for food and delivery. Not happy at all!!
I wanted to place an order for delivery as I usually do and i was told they are not delivering in my neighborhood today so I cannot place an order for delivery, the lady could not even really answer me why because I am a regular and was willing to pay and tip the driver.... I will be taking my money elsewhere.
I order a pizza today and when i called after an hour to confirm they put me trough a gost since then i am still waiting,and its not the first time..They can just close that they are are good for nothing
