Desert Wolf Spur Steak Ranch

Iceberg had no salt and the request to have a medium steak had us receive the steak well done. I am no person who likes to make a scene in restaurants as I am very reserve. The service was pertain as the waiter just throw the take away paper on the table after we have waited very long for her. Something needs to be done as I don't think I am the only person who complained on the day of Monday in question

Although the power was out due to loadshedding, management made a plan. Food was hot. Drinks was cold. Service was good and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. 29/7/2022 As always. Service with a smile. Food arrived hot and tasty. Always stunning for breakfast, lunch and dinner. 17/9/2022 I have just eaten an amazing filled steak. Absolutely scrumptious. With a glass of ice cold dry white. Thankyou Spur. Money well spent. My son ate his favourite...bacon, cheese and quacomoly. As always it was made to perfection. Vegetarian options: Enough salads and veggies to please anybody not eating meat. Kid-friendliness: As always and for years, you've been there when we wanted the kids to be quiet and keep themselves busy.. Wheelchair accessibility: Very comfortable and easy for anybody in a wheelchair Dietary restrictions: They will try their utmost to accommodate you.

It's good, can't blame them for the price rises because inflation globally is to blame. The wifi can be reset or pin changed often or something to keep leaches away because it's very slow. It's always nice to dine at Spur, it is the old reliable one.Food: 4/5

On Friday I order a hake with chips and onion rings. Must say it was the worst I hate at you. The onion rings was net good at all so the 2 small pieces of hake both was only and taste like old oil. The onion rings taste like it was burned or over done. I finished my it because I did not want to make a seen and the sauce in little bowl was warm and that taste sour. It is the first time I seen onion rings like that. The chips such a small portion 3 bites and it's gone. And Burnett it was serve in is over done you struggle with it because it takes a lot of space on plate. So I do hope for that price you will do better or improof on the food. It was not nice at all.

Disappointing experience with regards to Seniors menu. Was told by waiter Seniors menu no longer available, checked with management who said it is available but they do not have menu's in store. Checked the menu online and ordered BUT Disappointed that they are not offering/displaying the Senior's menu?? We have recently visited other franchises that display the Seniors menu with the regular menu, one should not have to ask for it??

Great food and Christi our waiter gave excellent service. Nice cool area outside the main restaurant with quiet atmosphere for those with hearing problems

We needed to give baby a bottle and the waitress assisted us quickly with some warm water to assist baby. Very friendly staff.Food: 5/5

Everybody's favorite Family Restaurants. Good food friendly management and staff. Excellent atmosphere Food: 4/5

Two of the three meals we ordered were cold when served. Because we had limited time available for lunch, we ate with long teeth. When we complained our money was refunded - point is, we selected Spur for a tasty lunch, not a disappointment and a refund. Will avoid in future.
