Service was good, pizza was good. Eggs were perfectly cooked.Food: 4/5

First time going to this branch. Service is a bit slow, however I must add that from all the branches we have been to this one makes the best Monster pizza. At the other branches this pizza is quite dry compared to the small once, however this branch nailed it. Still a 5 rating because food was very delicious, arrived warm and fresh and even though we waited a while the waiter kept us informed the entire time. The waiters is very friendly.

The Pizza was absolutely to almost die for! Genuine - easily the best I've had in, well - a very long time. Gerhard and Me had the Saucey Chicken and Bacon Supreme and The Panarottis Special. Try them both at Panarottis The Grove. Really awesome. Waiter perhaps wasn't the Friendliest I've ever come across, but He was there when You called. All and all 9/10 for Today's visit to Panarottis The Grove. Thank You very much Guys. It was worth the time and money - certainly, Well spent! Great work! We will definitely be back there, if possible! %‍

Great place to share a meal with family and friends. Just the service in time has become slow and poor. The waiters fighting over tables and just how they judge people before servicing them is distasteful. I love the place but the service over time has really left a sour taste. Kid-friendliness: Kiddies area small and the kids get congested.

The food genuinely took more than an hour to make. We were only 6 people, an hour after we ordered it went into the oven and even though the service was nice the food took long. They also didn't give us any parmesan cheese or any of the other spices that come with it. I'm highly disappointed because this isn't the panarottis I know and love.

service was pretty bad, especially our waiter TRISH, who forced me to cough up a Tip , how does a person do that? if i wanted to/ had the resources to Tip, i would have done so? Yet she forced me and my partner to tip, as well as spoke rather rudely to us, i hope you guys can make sure you train all your employees to be able to talk and be geniunly nice to the customers. i do recommend eating at the place, the pizza is good, but if you go there make sure you don't get served by TRISH, the most disrespectful, money hungry waitress i have encoutered in my life.

There is a variety of pizza’s both for meat eaters and vegetarians, among other options in the menu. There is a play area for the kids. The service is great.

Great value on breakfast, good service and delicious food. The food was a little slow to arrive and came out in drips and drabs that left us with some cold items. However would definitely recommend as it has a great play area and warm welcoming staff!
