Bought a special online the large pizza.first the pizzas has gotten way to small for a large and second the pizza toppings are not even up to standard to other pizza places.i always bought romanz pizza because of the large pizzas size.meduim pizzas are same size as large pizzas.
I tried out their gluten free pizza base. Good to have that option available. Good tasting pizza although you have to pay R18 extra for each gluten free base you order irrespective of taking the 2 large pizza special. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pizza base available.
We ordered Tangy Russian and Chicken&Mushroom pizza. The pizza was dry and the russians on top of it tasted old. Romanz pizza in Waverley is much better!!
Excellent and friendly service. The staff is very friendly and the manager really made us feel welcome and we had a good laugh with him. Thank you Romans Silverton. You always ROCK!!!!!! Keep it up.

Quick service and friendly staff with good customer service
This fast food outlet upholds Romans pizzas stance on having quality foods as it's pizzas are good, however so the outlet fails miserably at keeping its customer happy with its poor customer service. It's tillers fail to communicate with one another therefore making it impossible for customers to attain as much information regarding menu changes and etc.
Great pizza, ample parking, friendly staff and quick service
Placed an order telephonically and it was not punched on the system, I went to the store after 35 minutes knowing that I'm only collecting. The other time my order was incorrect had to wait for them to rectify it. The other time they messed up another customers order. He returned the pizza after 10 minutes and it was returned for sale. I even questioned it. There is nothing wrong with the place or the people preparing the pizzas but the person who is on the phone Michael Mbuyani and it's always him. Please remove him from the phone or counter and place him at the back because you will loose customers
Had the worst experience ever. The manager is so incompetent with zero customer care and knowledge. She quoted things out of her head and said were on their website. Lo and behold they were not and she referred to them as their Ts and Cs. I feel so sorry for the owner. You gave someone an employment opportunity only to find them destroying your establishment. .
