I cannot recommend them enough! Best decision I made was to visit the Panorama Breastfeeding Clinic after the birth of my baby. The team does not push an agenda on breastfeeding, but instead supports and listens. My baby also goes for all of her vaccinations at the clinic and the team are so kind and compassionate. I recommend them to everyone I speak to - absolutely wonderful ladies!
Amazing clinic if you have babies. Unfortunately not much help when you have older kids. Contacted the clinic as they advertised the measles vaccination for kids up until 15yrs old. It's by appointment only. Not certain how they help older kids if they are closed so early while older kids are still at school. Was willing to take them in the morning and send kids to school later but that too is not an option as mornings are also booked out. Tried to make a Saturday booking but that too is fruitless as they only open one Saturday at the end of each month.
A heaven for breastfeeding moms, truly amazing amazing place filled with friendly helpful faces. Helped me with breastfeeding and when I had nipple thrush, also taught me everything I knew. I went there for any worry I had with baby and they helped me. They have also done all my babies vaccinations
Very warm and friendly service! I went for a breastfeeding consultation after feeling helpless about breastfeeding my newborn. 30 minutes later, left feeling optimistic and excited to continue my breastfeeding journey!
Sister AMANDA has been absolutely amazing. Calling me at 5am to assist me as I struggle. My husband is so impressed he's telling every single person about the amazing experience at the clinic. Thank you so much for assisting us on this journey. It really helps us as first time parents
Pros: Sister Amanda is truly amazing. She knows what she's doing and has a fantastic way with her patients and babies. She helped me with breastfeeding and troubleshooting the problems I had. She alone deserves 5 stars! Cons: Rude secretary. Extremely overpriced I would say the cost was worth it for the first visit but the subsequent visits for vaccinations were way too expensive for what you get. It would be nice if they could be part of medical aid networks because then it would be a bit more affordable.
The most, Loving, Caring, Genuine and Friendly Sisters / Staff you will find. I took my son for his 6 year vaccinations and they took their time making him feel comfortable first, explaining everything to him. Afterwards, they pleasantly surprised me by apologizing to my son that they hurt him by giving him the vaccinations but that he was brave. He politely accepted their apology and their lollipop. They then played a little bit with him just to ease his feelings of broken trust and he ended up walking out of that clinic happy as can be, like nothing happened. Sister Amanda who assisted us after hours put my mind at ease too. 10 out of 5 rating for these amazing ladies
I would advise every first time parent to pay them a visit, even if you think you have the breastfeeding under control. There is most likely a lot you don't know. The staff is very friendly and know what they are doing, and are not scared of going the extra mile. Not even if you call them at 11pm because you are sturgling with a baby that won't stop crying. They sure helped us a lot.
Honestly would be lost without Sr Amanda and the whole team. Always available to help. Love the baby classes as well. Even helped my sister in Australia increase her milk supply significantly!
Lovely resource for moms with babes. I loved attending the Mommy Support group during my maternity leave and I go to PBC for LO's vaccinations and weigh ins.
