My favourite pharmacy. Been going there for many years.

Been a client for 20 years but had enough of this new rude staff coming in - the one with the piercings and tattoos = most rude - complains about everything - just the way she talks to clients. And then the one with the make up all dollied up - thinks she's the bee's knees. I think their names are Nikita and Shireen? What a hassle to get meds delivered and communicating with them via the WhatsApp delivery system. don't answer when call, or just blue tick at times. Just so complicated and communication not very good from their side. Don't have time for this rude slack service anymore. Used to get deliveries within an hour, now i wait for hours or days. All the nice friendly helpful staff have left who used to work at the prescription counter.

17 September 2022, 11h20, I went there to buy medication and came across a rude lady with a small voice. She was rude and racist, she was shouting tell everyone in the shop that I was buying persivate and it will damage my skin. I dont know if she has a right to tell me that as she is not a doctor. Your stuff should learn customer service and respect people's privacy, if I wanted people to know what I am buying persivate I would announce it myself not trying to shine with me.

Extremely rude lady working behind the self-medication counter. Red hair and very pale. Didn't even get her name. She laughed at me, saying I 'sound funny'. I have laryngitis and Lord knows I wouldn't try talk if I didn't have to. It is extremely unprofessional as individuals who go to pharmacies are generally unwell and she should be ashamed of herself for her behaviour. Generally it is a pleasant experience but today has made me re-evaluate my options.

Best customer service, extra mile with a smile , thanks especially to Michelle and their dedicated professional driver who delivered with a huge smile...Keep up the awesome customer care all, I'm definitely not returning to Discem ,neither a Arrie Nel pharmacy where they've known me for years, but were not prepared to help while I was advised to isolate for minimum ten days..Nice to know we have a pharmacy that is patient and care about their peoples well-being....

The service is fast and professional, however, the choice of medication and OTC products stocked is low, with only onesometimes two products kept for a particular generic substance. Some drugs are just not represented at all. This lack of competition shows in the pricing - costs are rather inflated here. The price structure and limited variety is a pity. As it is I only use them in emergencies, but were their prices and variety better I would be glad to come here for my chronic medication.

I walked in their mid migraine, unable to speak properly, crying and panicking and each and every staff member went beyond and above to help me and sort out my pain and speak to my Dr. Thank you for the utmost friendly and efficient service. Seriously thank you everyone there that helped me.

Rude and for the first time received a service like this! Went with the same prescription at Clicks Pharmacy, they helped tremendously without any issue!
