Paxton hotel Port Elizabeth

Service is good! Hotel room was stunning with balcony and sea view. Room has everything needed for a comfortable stay. From a kettle with complimentary tea and coffee sachets to a bar fridge and a safe. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is good as you near most of the restaurants and shops. We were advised to take our car to move around. Percy Martin

I Stayed there recently…They didn’t even put the basic things like tea coffe in the room…There was so much noise coming in the room from their hall….there was no air conditioning….I was disappointed…Overall it was neat and clean but not according to the price I paid.Rooms: 3/5

Paxton is a favourite when we stay in PE. The rooms are high end and feels fancy, which I like. The view and food is top class and with friendly staff even if you arrive at 00:00 at night. Top top place to stay...Rooms: 5/5

It was a 3 day stay and I am checking out today. I am genuinely heartbroken coz the hospitality here is amazing. I would rate it a 10/10. The hospitality has made me wanna review this place before I left coz Paxton Hotel is my favorite place so far. I enjoyed PE and will be returning Nearby activities: Virgin active, Amazing fish place great portion as well Walkability: I could walk to spar, and clicks. Easy access to Atm. Great for jogging as well Food & drinks: Their food and portions are Amazing #Foodlover Noteworthy details: The staff in general is my take away, their friendly to the tee, forever smiling and kind they alone make you day. I stayed for 3 days and it was consistent throughout

We had 1 issue, the waiters don't check up on patrons you struggle to get their attention. Overall its a very nice place Rooms: 4/5

Good stay at reasonable prices. The food at the restaurant wasn't top quality. Suggest you have dinner outside. Breakfast was good. Rooms with minor issues but at the prices charged, it was value for moneyRooms: 4/5

I could easily see my two year old opening the bottom window before climbing on a small table and out. There's definitely room for improvement there.
