We enjoyed their breakfast special with a cappuccino. Our waitress was lovely and friendly, giving us great service. Their is a great view of the ocean from the deck where we sat.  I noticed that Barney's have daily specials and the waitress mentioned that there is karaoke on Tuesdays. Definitely worth a visit.

would recommend a visit and the chicken snitzel. Dinner was delicious, a colleague had the steak and kidney pie. Their milkshakes was served cold and quite thick, no complaints. We also had a lovely view over the ocean

Barney's came highly recommended by expats in joburg, so naturally, I went. Food came out fast. Service efficient. We were a little disappointed on the tequila variety lols, but maybe that was a good thing : Overall a nice experience...  Didn't know till home time that there was a deck dining area, so I definitely need to be back for some more of Barney's :

This is a nice place to enjoy a cold beer after a long day at work or after a long travel. The food was well seasoned with spices and a good portion was served.

Barney's is part of the fabric of Port Elizabeth. It is an institution still going strong. I used to come here as a student and it was fun bringing my kids to visit many years later.. lovely beer on tap and their pizzas are superb.

LOVELY View of the Kingsbeach bay area and the Food is higly delectable. Perfect for pub lunches and for jolly good times with friends and family.

Lovely view and atmosphere. Friendly staff and the BEST Pina Colada cocktail i ever tasted. Food was amazing. Definitely  a must go and experience

Barney's Tavern though is easy on the tongue. It is a great place to have a drink and a bite and has a beautiful sea view. The service is friendly as you got used to over the years visiting PE, now Gqeberha. A special mention must go to the friendly staff. It is also not everyday that when you loose valuables or forget it at a place, that you will get it back. So thank you for all the staff for keeping and returning the laptop we forgot. There is enough variety of food to choose from the menu and keep yourself up to date with the buy one get one pizza free. Cheers on Barney's Tavern. See you soon.

Well, I see you looking for a nice environment to go out share a couple of drinks with friends or take that luckyGirl/Guy out. Have a group meeting or business.  With the friendly staff with outstanding service  [hit  Tips are for service providers, meaning tip before service is given for a better experience] note use this anywhere you go out.  The staff at Barney go all in with customer service friendly faces and an experience you will return for.  Food drinks outstanding, the host  service.  Yes, service is what they offer and is worth the   so go on down and enjoy.
