Slow Service Ordered a mojito but got a lemonade, the sachets they used had not fully dissolved, glass filled with chopped up lemon bits and pieces of mint leaves, and absolutely not taste of alcohol. When you read reviews believe them, I still went despite what I had read because “it can’t be that bad” IT WAS.

Customer service is very bad. I reserved a tablet in September and customer service was shocking. Everything we ordered took more than an hour. Went back last week for breakfast...service was even worse. The food was not great, waitresses totally ignored me for over an hour. I love the views, not sure if I'll ever go back.

Although the food was nice but cold the service was really of low quality. We asked things Min 2 times and the place was not even full. It's a pity because the ambience is pretty, with an enjoyable view.Food: 3/5

The food and service is very nice. Unfortunately, we were told there was wheelchair access to the restaurant when there was not. We had to sit alone in the inside room, and were not able to sit outside.

Went for set menu brunch for R155 pp with a Mimosa. Bacon and eggs was average. The waffle was among the toughest and most disgusting things I've ever eaten at a restaurant period. They gave me a teaspoon to eat it with, but I needed a steak knife. The only reason I would ever go back is for the view and the coffee.

The service is very bad. They don’t clear your table before they bring the food. When the they brought the food, they had got the part of the order incorrect because they didn’t write down the order. I had to ask twice for one order. I had reported a broken salt shaker and all was done, passed on to the next table. If this is common practice, I can understand why things are the way they are at this shack. The food was below par, wasn’t pleasing to the eye and they use back bacon. All in all the aesthetics were very nice and upmarket but THER SERVICE IS WORSE THAN KFC. I’ll won’t be returning unless I get an invite from the gen managers saying that things have changed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. GO ELSE WHERE

Very disappointed by the service and food. The staff never find the time to ask you if your food is okay or check up to see if you need anything. The only thing this resturant has going for it , is the view.

We had a really nice person waiting on us, but unfortunately my meal - chicken schnitzel was awful. Parking: Rather a long walk particularly for those who battle to walk.

Pleasant atmosphere and good food. Enjoyed the visit
