I posted a harsh review a few months ago about how they clipped my dog. The owner messaged me and apologized and changed her staff, well I took my dog back and what a difference!!!!! Clipped my dog beautifully very happy to see a business owner who cares for her business and listens to customers!!!

WORST PET SHOP EVER!!!! First experience was quering on when the hamsters will be ready for purchase and the lady who assisted me was extremely unprofessional and barely gave me the time of day, stating that they will be ready in one week and continued packing and having a conversation wih another employee. A week passes and i return to purchase the young teddy bear hamster and i was rushed and told by an employee to hurry up they want to close. This was after they made me wait for assitance. She threw the tiny hamster into roughly into the box for me to hurry and even dropped another one through rough handling and impatience. I was not even given a moment to ask any questions....and was rushed to the till, where i waited to make the payment. I will not support them ever again!!!!!!!!!!

I just went to look at some of the fish at this store and saw two workers moving rabbits to another cage to clean it I assume. They picked up the rabbits by their hips and threw them into the other cage making them frightened. I would not suggest going there at all as the animals are clearly not treated well. Clearly open to only make money.

My favourite Pet Shop ever. A happy place to be. Animals always well cared for. Staff extrenely knowledgeable. Doggy parlour amazing.

I have phoned 8 times now- answered once, i barely said hello and the phone was hung up. called again, she said hello once and dropped the phone - called another few times after and no one is picking up the phone. All i want is a price on activated charcoal and to find out if they have stock.
