It's the only place I take our Miniature Schnauzer to. Natasha is like a mother to the pets. Our Nunu absolutely adores her. I drive more than 20 kms to get there, even though there are doggie parlours close to our home.
Called in last Thursday to book in my dog for grooming, the lady who answered took all my details and booked in the dog for Monday the 25th of January and said they will collect the dog between 9 and 11 am. Today is Tuesday the 26th of Jan and l'm still waiting

I used Dogs and Cats spa for my 2 small dogs for over a year now and was very satisfied with the service. Unfortunately the last few times have caused me to decide to look for another service provide. First, my Yorky came back with the hair around the 1 eye cut bigger than the other. The next time the one nail was cut halfway, but almost at the skin costing R750 at the vet. Everytime we take them back we bring to their attention the previous issues eventually not allowing them to cut the nails. YAesterday the facial hair was cut longer on the one side than the other and only this morning did I realise that they cut her skin under her chin, the wound the size of a R5 coin. The problem is that you only realise this once back at the house. Once is a mistake but this is either negligence or untrained staff.
