The nurses are so friendly... The staff friendly. The Nurse for NCA took time to explain everything she was doing and why she was doing. Best service ever . I wish all public clinic staff were like these ones... Smiling and very playful... Kudos to them

Not happy I took my baby for six weeks vaccination and treatment was a nightmare. I know my experience will never be the same as anyone experience.

Went in for at 14:10 for service to see a nurse as I was told that they close at 4 pm and was turned away for health care which reception turns away patients. Which health institute does that I guess Petervale clinic does not care.

So amazed at the service I received from Sister Zaba/ Zabalaza. She loves her job & her communication is on point, she makes sure to let patients feel free and explains eveything & also gives you time to ask questions if you have. She makes the mother & child/ANC section feels homely. Thank you & may God bless you

I love this clinic it’s so clean and the staff is always helpful I really appreciate them

I like the service level of the clinic. I comment the department for making different units within the clinic for mother and child separately with the unit for the ill. All units are segregated, with each having its own reception and nurses. The only down side of the clinic is that there's no parking. No patient cars are allowed within the premises. In this regard, you'll have to figure out on your own as to where to park. It becomes a little bit challenging because the clinic is on the road side and space is very much limited.

this clinic l used to recommend it but the nurses they are taking their time they are soo rude shame
