Absolutely useless service no regards for there customers or patients at all , my wife is a chronic diabetic and has been waiting for 2 weeks for her medication she has called the call center at least 8 times and spoken to the call center agents who all have the exact same con story that they would email the manager or the pharmacist dealing with the matter and they would call back within the hour this has been going on for two weeks now and no one had called my wife back nor has the medication being dispensed she has no insulin and now I would have to go and purchase out of pocket just so she doesn't land up in hospital you guys should be ashamed of yourselves all the call center agents have the exact same con story for a disgruntled customer. Absolutely pathetic you guys should really re evaluate your existence as a pharmacy we have all calls on log and we will take this matter further.
We've been using Pharmacy Direct for years. Excellent service, deliveries on time. If I need medicine urgently I can just wait at the depot, new chronic scripts processed while I wait. The agents call the medical aid, and do the footwork.
If l could rate a -10 l would , this company is a joke. Does not deserve to be called a pharmacy . They do not care bout members health , they deliver medication when they feel like it. They claimed a week ago from my medical aid but till to date have note received medication. Have called , sent emails and chats no feedback. Still being told delivery will be done in 24 to 48hrs. How can a patient with chronic condition go for days without treatment !!!! Next action is the legal way.
If I had a way to rate -10 I would definitely do so.. I have never had such a worst service in my life.as chronic medicine taker I had 2 wait for 2 weeks to receive my meds ..I probably called their call center more than 100 times & they all say the same thing "this matter was escalated as Urgent".. do they even know the meaning of Urgent..this pharmacy should definitely not be for chronic people..you send them emails they also just ignore . Useless service ... Talking about them makes me Angry..I recomend everyone to not use this
New Pharmacy direct client and can say I am not impressed with their service at all, their service is putrid. I am on chronic meds and had to wait two weeks for my medication to arrive for two weeks I have no medication to take after numerous times contacting them. They have now not delivered all my meds because my account is in arrears. They claim they sent me and sms, I sent them proof of all the sms I received from them. Their Whatsapp agents are very unhelpful, they don`t even give their name, they select which which messages they want to reply to. I am now without meds once again. I have paid them the outstanding balance and it looks like im in for another two weeks wait. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS !!!
When will pharmacy direct start taking responsibility and be held accountable for not delivering chronic medication on time? A monthly struggle and no solution. They do not care that they are causing a decline in the health of many people who are forced to make use of their services. It's all about making money and not providing a healthcare service
Good day. We were in desperate need of a specific medication, Eliquis. Although it is a chronic medication medical aid does not pay and my savings was exhausted. Somehow we managed and I requested for it to stop. However I was supposed to renew earlier but forgot. Contacted Pharmacy Direct hoping for help. Was pleasantly surprised when medication arrived within 2 days. Fantastic service , Keep it up
They deserve 0 stars. Chronic medication never delivered on time if at all. Even after numerous phone calls it's like they doing you a favor. Worst company ever they must just close down. They don't care about our lives. Bonitas and pharmacy direct are trash
I pay the tax invoices accompanied with the basket of meds as i receive it each month. Pharmacy Direct did not deliver the 1 co-payment item and when queried i owe them 10x the amount. i requested a statement and there is 1 script that was issued on my tax invoice no payment required and on the statement it indicated the exact opposite. if a consumer it told your account is in order then it is in order or should the consumer protection act be re-written. after 2 phone calls just over an hour long, no-one at Pharmacy Direct is willing to take accountability or come with an explination or solution.the punch line, is that this is meds for my mom. do i pay R420 for a R44 product just so my mom can get her meds? The pharmacy industrey is a multi trillion dollar industry, shurely you can afford better systems and training for your staff. customer service is shocking and the system clealy failed. how many customer has fallen victom to "wrong accounting" which the consumer must pay for. nothing ethical here
PATHETIC SERVICE!! No phone ethics, no regard for chronic illness. Worst managed pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Sent me a quarter of my script double?? What?? Am I going to receive the other medication at all? I'm considering moving from Bonitas unless they change the rule to only get meds from this sad excuse of a business.
