Great food, best service, to be visited again soon with friends next time, just when serving prawns, side dish can do.

Excellent service, great food and drinks. Great environment for a relaxed time out alone or with company. The desert menu could do with some improvements though, especially the cheese cake.

Don't go there often as it's a wee bit out of the way. The day we went, the place was not too busy. There was a group of about 10 people that were very loud and noisy. Enjoying their Party and not having any consideration for the other people. The waiters did not attempt to quiet them down. We finished our meal, on the way out one of the Waiters attempted to "apologize" to us for the noisy Group . I was glad to leave Piatto! Don't think I will be going there again soon.

The service was appalling! We booked for a birthday dinner with family and friends but it was the worst decision thus far and an absolute disaster and embarrassment... The food wasn't the greatest and the prawns were absolutely dry, We were served the incorrect drinks three times. Then my boyfriend ordered a virgin drink that had alcohol in it! We had different waiters that we had no idea who our actual waiter was. Upon our arrival we gave the first waiter the ice cream cake to put in the freezer but he forgot and claimed it was in the freezer but it was completely melted so the birthday cake was also an absolute liquid disaster. Extremely disappointing!

Services very slow waited long to get served breakfast. The beef sausage was off . Your food and service used to be good . Your standards have dropped very disappointed. Will definitely not be seeing me again

Dinner for 4 was a nightmare. They put us in a table for 2 being 4 people & it uncomfortably small. We asked for a bigger table but their excuse was that the rest of the tables were reserved. When people left, we asked to move, they insisted that the tables were reserved. We watched them clean the tables & separate them. Only to see that when we left, those other tables remained empty. The waitress had an attitude & stated that it were didn’t like where we were sitting, then there is nothing she could do. Our dinner was uncomfortable being 4 people on a table of 2 in top of each other. We will never return to be treated like this again!!
