Pick N Pay" Clearwatermall

Pick N Pay Liquor at Clearwater has to be the worst. Rude staff, not well packed and just seems poorly managed. First and last time in this store.

Everything is great except for the hotdogs. Can't you guys make better looking hotdogs. I love hotdogs. I can eat them everyday. But the hotdogs I keep seeing on the shelf are not worth it even they cost R20. The sauce is too much. The rolls are dry because of the heating and are also wet at the same time because of the onions underneath the wors. It's a terrible experience for a hotdog lover like me to eat a hot dog like that.

Your store open times is wrong on Google please correct it. Drove all the way only to be told you open at 9am. So upset

Waste of time shopping here. Always long wait but today, lady at cigarette counter just decided to close the till while 6 of us waited for 15 min. No word ,no apology .No plan, no management around!

Not really expecting much more from pick n pay at this point. Slow, rude and management couldnt care less. Would rather give a 0 star.

I cannot express my disappointment and regret that I went into pick n pay Clearwater today. My mother's phone was stolen out of her handbag in pick n pay. As soon as we reported it to security at the door and by the time they looked at the security camera an hour and 45 minutes have passed. No way of then tracking the people who did it. The lack of service and the mismanagement of the security in that store is shocking. It says that there is 24/7 cameras throughout the store on the door but nothing was seen on that cameras. I am shocked that you did not have any properly trained staff that could assist us and you let my 62 year old mother stand for 105 minutes without checking if she is okay. Will not support pick n pay Clearwater again. I don't expect you to recover stolen items but to at least have trained staff that can assist us would have been a great start

Please update your times. The store does not open at 08:00am like shown on google. It only opens at 09:00am.

Ridiculous 1 teller, queue so long, happens everytime I come here.

Excellent place that provides amazing shopping experience. From gadgets, furniture, clothing, kids play area, TV services all up to food services. Parking facilities are properly planned Architectural perspective. Transportation is easily available to nearby & extremely far areas. Bolt / Uber do drop & pick up. There are designated security personnel at few minutes intervals clearly visible within the parking lot .

Ok so I ordered 5 pies from their bakery today. 2 Cheesegrillers, 1 Sausage Roll and 2 Prime Steaks. Had to repeat my order 3 times and my mother also asked her if she had placed all 5 in the box at which she replied yes. Off course I did not check to make sure. Got home. Guess what??? Only 3 pies. Really??? You had one job to do and you messed it up.
