Pick n Pay Family Kwathema is the best Supermarket. You can not struggle to get what you are looking for, because all items are nicely packed and vissible to customers. Shelve rows are labelled. Cashiers are really good to customers. They team up as family to give customers a better family service. They welcome everyone. They always sell fresh foods.

Went there to buy groceries with my mom today and there was load shedding while we were still busy. Their back up power didn't even work, it kept going on and off. We stood there for hours, we ended up leaving without getting anything, nothing was working. The managers couldn't even talk to us customers and apologize or at least say something, they just ignored us. It was a very bad service.

The staff is friendly, the store is clean but there isn't stock on the salesfloor, I didn't get anything that I had gone to do shopping on, the stock is limited to their own brand.

The Retail Store is very convenient for residents who reside close to it. It's always packed and not big enough to accommodate other people who don't reside around. Nonetheless prices are very reasonable and inexpensive.

Cashia was very friendly nd greating all customers.She ask weather you need a plastic bag. Oooh there was s guy who is parking vegies who was do helpful trying to get carrots for me I give the store 100% customer service

Service good but the shop itself needs upgrading. And please find a better way of checking searching parcels at the door. Imagine putting your food down on a dirty floor. Unhealthy and disgusting and degrading l hate that part.!

If not for the groceries...the cashier's are quite well fit for their position. most well kept secret lol. however the meat is the best even better than the legacy branch at east point. Veggies always fresh and tills are well manned...womaned enough to not be caught in long lines.

It's okay, staff is friendly but it gets a bit busy. Only problem is that it seems to always be understocked – there's no variety, I could not find Duracell batteries for example ‍… so it's okay.

For a township store they have good quality meat, fresh vegetables and Superviser are hands on and the shopping hours are very convenient.The only concern is the clusters of people standing at the door which makes the shopping experience a bit uncomfortable

My problem is leaving the store. Presenting a slip as if you stole. And you never see this thing being done where other racial groups shop.
