Walked in here, on one occasion and you had dust all over. I understand that renovations were being done, but even more reason for your store to be clean. Even the bananas had dust on them. Today, I was sold STALE, rock-hard, crumbling rolls. I tried you again, against my better judgment, but won't be doing that again.
I shop here daily. Will not buy the meat. Other than that awesome. Great selection live the specials plenty parking. Tends to have very long ques end of the month.
Shopping here is not a good exprerience...i buy mainly vegetables from their cooked food section....and never have the staff behind THAT counter ever greeted me...they just look at you...eyes staring...like what do YOU want...one can almost feel their sense of being miserable and even hatefull..not nice people... and the renovations made it worse somehow...
I've been at your shop several times to do shopping for our offices. I've had many bad experiences specifically related to the arrogance and attitude of 'I do not feel like working today', from the staff. On the floor up to the tellers. This morning however will be the LAST time shopping at this store. And I do believe the other customer that was waiting with me, as well. I've entered the store after 10:00. When walking past the food counter - I saw mushrooms that looked delicious and wanted to dish some up. There was already another lady also waiting and agitated. Only one staff member were dishing up at the counter where the pap and stew etc was. Cleary aware of us but laughing away and ignoring us. Many of the OK staff came round getting coffee etc. - looking us straight in the eye but ignoring us. We could not dish up because there were no spoons to dish up with. The other customer then walked around and up to the lady to ask for spoons. This lady got very upset. She came round after making us wait another about 3 minutes. She grabbed the spoons out of the drawer and is stead of giving as a spoon, she -very slowly and chatting and laughing away with the other- star way at then end -literally throwing the spoons into the bain marines. She clearly wanted to show us that she has the power and we WILL wait for her. Then she return to the other counter ignoring us. Luckily by that time another staff member cam rushing in - wrapping and weighing our food. I asked her the other ladies name - as they do not wear nametags - and she immediately asked me "why? Is she in trouble" I said that I was not happy with the other ladies attitude, after which she just kept quiet and refused to give me a name. I will definitely rather go to the checkers store and will never enter your store again. Sharon Bronkhorst.
Staff not very friendly nor helpful and there is no sanitizer when u enter at the door....some of the staff don't wear their masks over their noses so I won't recommend the OK Jacqueline Mall to anyone
bad staff bad selection tellers rude and dont care its 1 of the worst OK shops i have ever been to
It was ok the staff that cook the food the green beans and pumpkin is not great the meat is over cook their whas always cook meat like lamp in the silver bowls whith a nice grave dosend look like the staff wants to cook
Located in a very small mall this is by far the best feature of Jaqueline Mall. The store is well supplied and stocked and I never had any trouble shopping. Staff was excellent
Good fresh cooked food otherwise not so busy and looking ifbyhey plan to shape the place up. But not really super exiting
