I wish there was no rating, that old african lady at the reception must just retire, she is soooooooo rude and unwilling to help. Their Google say they open at and closed at 5pm, I went there at 4:30pm on the dot to collect my papsmear on a Tuesday and I was told that the doctors had left already. I then suggested that I leave my contact details so that the doctor can email me the results as I am unable to come back as I will be moving but that lady was so rude. Upto now I have not received any results. I wish Doctor UB Pillay could read these reviews and see how he is letting down his patients and running down his practice that he had established nicely.

Dr Unben Pillay and Associates has been around Mr for years. The upside is that you have a wide variety of services at a much much better fraction of the cost than normal places the prices of the pathology is just way cheaper than Lancet , the front reception staff is another cattle of fish yet they deal with so many patients they not the friendliest and not the worst they just doing their job. I have always found the Drs all of them so helpful and caring We love Dr Steinberg who has been at the turning point of finding causes that many doctors looked past in the past. When we go over the weekends we find that all the other doctors have been as nice. So if you are patient you will get helped.

I do not know how I should express how i felt today, having to witness professional female doctors shouting at my three year old son saying that he is making noise that place is for sick people, i would really understand if they were males , like seriously who on earth does not understand that kids at the age of 3 they are very energetic? Yoh im frustrated.. the idian receptionist is worse but well I understand her frustration she is been like that ever since my first time in that place

My family and I use the facility very often. I rate Dr Moodley as one of the best GPs that I have had the privilege of being a patient to. He is thorough and very knowlegeable. Keeps up with the latest trends in medicine developments.

I also wish there was a zero rating. You will swear you are in a public clinic in some deep rural areas. with long queue and low capacity. They must just remove the Reception area, those guys are extremely rude, even worse the old Lady who is always angry. The Dr, that has been helping me so far is very vague and always refer me to his friends with zero advise considering that his still a GP after all. Yesterday was my last day in that circus medical center. I would rather recommend a public facility than that place. Long queues with poor communication and poor customer care service.

I went to see the doctor on Thursday due to a back injury that i got from gym . I made it clear to the doctor that this has been an on going pain and need to see or rather know the extent of the injury . Instead of being referred for scans i was made to pee on the come and given some meds . The pain has been ongoing i thought i should give the medication some time but after a week my back has been improved . I then asked if i can come there and posssibly get a referal and i was told that i had to pay for yet another consultation fee. I am still in so much pain and all they care about is getting more money from me instead of helping me to recover .

What's the point of visiting the Dr when they tell you to keep taking what you are taking then they overcharge you and take weeks to refund you, only to still take more than they are supposed to. Useless and thieves if you ask me.

Tjo, I've saved myself. Thanks to prior reviews! I called this place to make a booking because of its proximity to where I stay. From the conversation, I could sense some rudeness. No thank you! I will find another Dr.

POOR POOR POOR SERVICE FROM CAMENE!!! I must say the service I have been receiving from this Dr's office has been unpleasant to say the least. I have been using Dr Pillay for years now and never had an issue with the staff they are always very friendly and helpful however I have since received horrendous service from Cameni who has just joined the team. First time she assisted me I waited for over 2 hours even after I had asked her a few times why am I not being called to see the Dr when people that came after me kept going in and coming out, she kept saying I will see the Dr next while attending to other people, only after I stood up to ask the other staff members what is happening as they were about to close only to find out that she could not file my file. She did not even apologize or explain to me what had happened. As if that was not enough, on my second visit I had requested for authorization to be sent to Discovery so I called in to do a follow up and she told me that they are still waiting for authorization after 5 days only to find out that she was lying and she was so rude,didnt want to listen to anything and I had to leave work and go there because I wasn't getting any assistance from her. I never want to be attended by her EVER again.

Went from getting subpar service on my first visit, the lady at reception who did the covid questionnaire was just rude. Not just to me, i observed her being like this with other people on my second visit. My second visit was just horrible, I’d give a 0 star rating if i could. On this visit it took me almost 3 hours to see a doctor where i saw other people being serviced within an hour average. Then i saw the most rude “Dr” don’t know if she is as she didn’t have a nametag that stated so who didn’t actually even give me a diagnosis. She basically told me what foods to avoid and gave me a script upon me telling her my symptoms. She seemed to be in her mid 20s with little experience and people skills, like i said she didn’t have a nametag so I can’t be sure she’s really a Doctor 3rd of 4th door on the right across from reception.. AVOID this place
