Dr is very good but Ladies at the reception are very very rude. No smile at all, it's like they are forced to be there. They are not friendly and they don't pretend. They look at the patient with intimidating faces. They make you feel small like you need to beg to get assistance.

The ladies at the reception are a true definition of disaster. NO SMILE, Its like they are forced to be there. They get quite when a patient approaches and greet them. Was there on 3/11/2020 and I literally had to assist the other patient by telling her to sit down. She greeted then and they just looked at her without asking anything. I was later turned away after they requested an ID copy and I told then it's in my email and I can forward it to them. They told me to go print it out at the internet cafe which is a drive outside the mall. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THAT PLACE EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY. THE LADIES DON'T EVEN DESERVE THE ONE START IVE PICKED. The doctors are always nice,they just need to get competent receptionists. Incompetency is turning patients away.

You know when a person go to the doctor, you expect service. I got there, for consultation his phone kept on ringing he s busy chatting on th phone not even listening to reason why I am there. It s so disappointing to receive such service at a place where you hoping to get help, advise assistance because you are not feeling well. Dissapointed.

Their phone never works ,or did they fire those rude receptionist ?

Very nice and it's Good garden well taken care of

The doctor is really good. He knows what he is doing
