Musk MA Dr

Dr Musk has been treating my partner for a couple of years. We find him to the point and his expertise is to be recommended. He is not a blabber box thank heavens. We had to go back many times for issues and we had to try different meds as expected. We are very pleased with his knowledge and professionalism.

All these one star reviews are true. Dr Musk is quick and too the point. No nonsense. Love it. My kind of doctor

My daughter was experiencing an extreme case of Eczema. Dr Musk knew exactly what it was and wrote a prescription for us. Although a quick appointment, I was appreciative of him being to the point on what we needed to do, and to call should his treatment not work within a week. By day 2 my daughters eczema was completely gone. The appointment cost me a third of the normal dermatologist appointment, and no doubt due to the little time needed to diagnose what was needed. Grateful, and appreciative of his experience in this space.

Not a great experience in general. Although I think the meds he prescribed will work only day 2 of using it, the consultation was rushed. He hardly listened to anything I was saying, didnt explain the condition or the recommended use of the meds properly. It felt like he was trying to get me out in record time. I think the entire consultation lasted about 5 min. Wouldn't go back.

Terrible experience. Consultation was done in under 3min & no due diligence Was done. Dr Musk recommended hydroq for my face which made my skin flare up and swell, basically burnt my skin. No accountability, refused to refund me and told me that it’s standard practice. It’s unacceptable that Medical practitioners can behave in this manner and get away with it. Had he taken the time to assess me correctly & maybe chat to me about skin type we would not be in this situation.

First time seeing a Dermatologist and my experience was amazing. The receptionist was very polite, the Dr was efficient and I didn't even have any shortfalls when it went through my medical aid. Dr made me feel at peace and educated me along the whole process. I would recommend him to anyone. He has a high EQ, which is rare to find.

Not interested. "I can only help you on 24th of October" and so today is 28th September. Me trying to explain something, "hangs up" Wow, business must be that good for them.

Had my first consult ever with a dermatologyst and was thouroghly impressed with DR. Musk. I would definately reccommend him!!

Went twice but the medication oratane works temporarily. After 5 months of clear skin acne comes back.

Receptionist is very abrupt and rude when trying to make an appointment. Leave your job is you are unhappy & make room for skilled people in the job market!
