Worst fu**ing company ever. Arrived at 9am. Waited till 12am for service. Walked out at 3pm. Don't waste your time here go somewhere else. You don't have to meet with these useless rude receptionist!
Shocking service, I will not be using Carenet Consultants ever again for Occupational Medicals. Phoned to make a booking a week prior to the the appointment, got there and had to wait more than 30min and ask what the hell was going on before anybody started to attempt to assist me. What is the use of making an appointment for a said time and then still have to wait 30-45min before you are being assisted? Just another example of people being lazy and doing what they are employed for.
The receptionist is extremely rude, shouts at people Appointments are not honoured so booking is a waste of time Plus long queues for the actual medical Midrand, Alphen square branch
I had a great experience with Care Net Consultants. Very welcoming reception. Although patience is key due to the processes that take place, the nurses there are kind and are ensuring effience with the whole medical assignment. Thank you very much Care Net Consultants.
I arrived at the company place and from the front desk everyone was very helpful. In one hour time I was done. Thanks for your efforts guys keep on.
They overbrook their Capacity . You sit and wait in different queues for hours. Booking an appointment is to ensure capacity and time slots This is not the case at Carenet. You Wil queue continuously to do 15 min worth of testing. Midrand branch
I had the pleasure of working with Care Net Consultants for over a Year now, They do all our employee's medicals as well as our sub-contractor's medicals. On the Projects that we are busy with Care Net was facing a lot of Challenges and I think I was the biggest one, but despite every challenge and every phone call and a lot of emails, they had a speedy response and solution to it all, they fixed all problems, they helped me as friendly as they could as well and they always come to me with a big smile, they are professional and always deliver the best service that they can. I was not the easiest Client, but we build up such a good relationship in the last 4 months and I can honestly say that I will recommend them to anyone that need to do medicals. They always make a plan to assist me and they compromise a lot to keep their customers happy. Mornice Niemann
Very poor service. Unhygeinic. People have to stand and walk close to each other with their urine on hand, in cup! No structure, only chaos. In a health facility of all places, COVID 19 Regs are not being followed properly. The staff is rude and when busy, the old lady goes and chatscream at the reception area for more than an hour. Only one nurse left to attend to all employees. The hearing headphones, are not even cleaned after every use. Wil most certainly find another place conduct our medicals at for our company.
