I use to love this pizza hut currently I'm so disappointed that I can't even word it. Order my food had to wait over and hour for a single small pizza. The delivery guy had a delivery on the way and I got my food cold and it is so disappointing. Went from loving to being disgusted by a restaurant.Service: 1/5

Extremely unhappy!!!!! I have had patience with the pizza hut in Sandton twice now, I have had my pizza come to me wrong twice. Today the same thing happened yet again. The delivery guy took my order with him and promised to bring in back correct in 30min, the very patient person I am I agreed. An hour and 15min later and am still waiting for my order I've tried to contact them no answer am extremely frustrated!!! with the service from Sandton brunch.
Had to make a large order and the team really came through! The pizzas were ready on time and the special that was running made it so affordable. 10/10 experience.Food: 5/5
I ordered from here for dinner and it was the worst pizza ever. The pan base was undercooked so it ruined the pizza. My order also came 20mins after ordering so it was VERY cold when we ate it, mind you it was during load shedding so we couldn’t microwave it. On Uber eats it said it was nearly closing time but the next time I ordered from here it was near closing time and the pizza was good. I don’t know what happened but please always make the pizza properly weather it’s near closing time or not. I will order from here again but please don’t undercook the pizza

Paid extra for olives only to get 5 on half the pizza. Large pizzas now look like mediums. Dissapointing
Stuff is incompetent, I ordered 3 pizza today and I had to wait for an hour. After an hour my order were mixed up, one of the stuff gave my pizza to someone else. We I ended up settling for something I did not order.
Awesome little Puzza Hut. Great service and awesome staff.
two hours and still waiting for an order , i am literally based two min from the Sandton store but i still have not received, incompetent and dont communicate, they can keep their services
