Sent my OneNav for repair which worked out quite well but I'm yet to receive an amended invoice which I requested, it's the second week after I collected and paid for my unit, poor service from Abigale at the repair centre, no replies or any acknowledgement. Make sure you get everything you need before payment. Pathetic.
People are super friendly. I bought a satnav from a different company. The unit was not setup properly.i was battling to get it right i went to planetworld and they helped me no question asked. I am sorry I did not go through them in the fist place. Super service. Thank you Pieter.

Best Electronics Company with the best after sales service. I visited on 05 Septrmber 2022 to do a warrenty claim. I recieved the best service not even money can buy. I really reccomend this place and their building and showroom is exeptional!

This company is a joke, I wanted a onetouch Nav system installed in my Ford Tourneo, it took 6 months of backwards and forwards Wattsap messages to finally get the unit. on the day it was supposed to get installed they could not get the steering controls to work and they removed the OneNav and put the original radio back. I then sent an e-mail on 28/06/22 asking if this was a fault with the unit or due to a lack of skills on the technicians side, in a reply from Roanne I was told that my mail was sent to the technical manager and that he was on leave for that week and would get back to me as soon as he came back, well that was 2 weeks ago and to date I still have not heard a word from them
I took in a Subwoofer to be tested and was treated to some of the best service by the nicest people. How refreshing in this day and age. From the reception greeting, to a gentleman named Flippie who assisted me so professionally. Keep it up guys.
Please see below a review I wrote on a HDAnywhere review. Planet World and especially their technical manager for their professional attitude, even though I vehemently disagreed with their initial analysis. Thank you for provide great support to your products, and being fair in the deeper technical analysis done by you. ________________________________________________ I recently had an issue with my HDAnywhere device, which required me to take it to the local distributor in South Africa for them to investigate. Their initial analysis said that the device was damaged but not covered by the existing warranty following agreed guidelines. I did not agree with their analysis and contacted HDAnywhere directly explaining my disagreement. Expecting the worst and a usual decline to giving my complaint any airtime, I have to commend the help desk for acting very differently. They investigated the issue further with some deeper analysis from the local distributor. They established that there may be another reason at fault and agreed to honour the warranty. I was very pleased for a company to go the extra mile to ensure they are acting in a fair and reasonable manner in addressing this. It could have been easy for them to say that it is not covered, but your approach has definitely made me a larger fan of your great product. Thank you. Also I have to commend your local distributor in South Africa. They followed the guidelines as laid out by your company. Even though I escalated my displeasure with their initial analysis they were professional in dealing with me post the escalation. Well done on that front too.
