I dealt with the most horrible customer service from a lady manager at a store in Faerie Glen Latin Electical. She was very rude and didn’t even care to hear what problem I had. Policies are one sided, manager was rude and wasn’t even trying to hear what’s going. I bought something less than 24 hours ago, wasn’t even used and she doesn’t want to take it back but wants to take the other one back. Nowhere on the receipt or in the shop does it say that you can’t return anything but apparently it’s on the policy, which one? One that only she can see?  If I could give no star at all I would.

Supplied a wrong part then gave me grief because I opened the packet to see what is inside it! Rather than apologize and just rectifying the problem I was  told I should have been able to see through a screen printed packet without opening it. Ridiculous! Probably the same rude lady manager mentioned in other negative posts below. 50% of the time they do not have stock of the items I need. Don't waste your time, just go to ARB and buy what you need

Latin has affordable prices. The workers has a very good patience assisting the customers. Am sure you would never buy the wrong material in their shop. I promise to visit more and more times.

They had the product I needed although it is not such a common item.

Friendly, efficient service. Out of stock on " chocolate block" connectors. Easy access, good parking, no pesky car guards.

Thank you for your helpful and efficient service.  What a pleasure it is to interact with people who want to serve.
