Sounds Great

Bought an amplifier from them. It was just shutting down. Returned it to the store, they did not want to swop it. They kept it for a few days. Called me saying it's fine the factory rep did a reset. That amp just kept on doing the same. Sold it out of stress. Less than a month ago I bought a dvd from them. A week later it started skipping discs. Took it back guess what, they would call me within a week with a answer. Guys what it's 3 weeks already no news from them.

No assistance or whatsoever from staff yet there were no customers the other was busy on their phone guy with spectacles i decided to walk out and as i did i told him that i will take my service to Menlyn and he responsded '' You want attention just go there" i mean wow the nerve for him to say that to me!! I stay in Montana however after the service received i would never set my foot in that branch despite getting most of my items from there in the past from Joe'.

Was looking for batteries for a Samsung J7 Duo and S7. Spoke to Joseph. Apparently I cannot replace my own battery on either phones I have to book in both phones and get them repaired. I tried to explain to Joseph that the batteries are not fixed the more he insists the phones have to be booked in. Really dude I can buy these batteries at so many places why would I support you. Guy please train you staff to listen to your customers and train them on mobile phones.
