Do not try and call this police station in an emergency. Tried to call the station at 15:23 today to report an accident. The only landline number registered gets answered and then no answer is received from the other side.
Why can’t they advise us when the roads are closed fo toy toying. Why can’t they do something about it. There are not many alternate routes. I phone and just get told there is nothing they can do. Are the not Supposed to be maintaining law and order and perhaps arresting those destroying public property. At least they can fill in force and push paperwork around
I went to lay a complaint/charge of theft and damage to property. Warrent Officer Shakung was not very helpfull by attending to the case. 1. Maybe l am from the old school, but eating while attending the public is not good. 2. When explained that l do have three names, he explained that it is not necessary, they will just use my ID number. 3. He asked me the date when the incident happened, when l state that l am not sure, as l observed the damage, he insisted have a date and does not want to wait or to carry on with the statement. I gave him a date and my wife returned my call to give me a date, when give thenew date, he said that he could not change the pre amble to the statements. 4. He said that l must get all the information required before he will carry on, which l agree. He went to have cigarette outside and l went to call him. On the return to the office l could see that the fellow SAPS were smiling at his facial expression, on such away that l feel that he tried to make s fool out of me. 5. I just feel that the way that the services rendered was not to promote the SAPS Hartbeespoort station.

Bloody incompetent. Would not take 5 minutes for fingerprints and I was told they only work Monday to Friday but they have time to sit anx talk........ Don't deserve any rating
Best police station I've been to, lived in JHB and CT. Not even close to the great levels of professionalism this police department has. Great work
