Post Office - Alberton-Noord Post Office

I felt so disappointed in Alberton post office. A parcel with valuable items was sent to me from my sister in United Statesbirthday gifts Some days after it arrival at Alberton post office, I went with the expectation of getting my parcel getting there I was told there was a break in into the post office and till now I couldn't get my parcel. That was negligence. If I had known or been told I wouldn't have gone through that channel.

The lady who was on duty today between 13:00-14:00 who wears glasses is so rude. She seemed uninterested in helping me and called the next customer without being finished with me.

Worst experience I have ever had at a SAPO. Doorman who claimed he was in charge refused us admittance. You are late I'm told!! This was at 9.20am on the 15/03/23. He said I should have been there at 8 when all elderly are let in for SASSA queries. Later than that join the queque!

9 tellers, but only 1 is open. Yes there's lot of staff but they'll sit behind their desks talking and not working. There's a guy at the front who is the most unfriendly person you can find. They will take forever to help you so be prepared to be here for a long time. You can tell it's a government office, they don't work and get paid for free.

I send a parcel in September to Verwoerdpark the person didn't received it when calling this number it doesn't exist. Can't complain about service in South Africa there is no service to complain about. Proverbs 11:28 hope someone can read

The Post Office is filled with empty inside, while people have been queing since 9am. WHERE IS THE CONSIDERATION FOR THE ELDERLY PEOPLE!!!

Only if I could say worst service ever! However, there's no service at all, they don't even care to update customers. Tons of people would be happy to have this job.

Very bad service, there is a long que for disc renewals but with only one staff member assisting. The waiting time is completely ridiculous as I do not understand why other staff members are not assisting.

I sat waiting for 30 minutes for service here. The staff are unprofessional, slow and think they're doing you a favour to provide a paying service. There is very little effectiveness and systems are dated. A bar-coded parcel cannot be traced digitally and I had to go through six months of handwritten postal registration numbers and names without success. One can't make this up...
