Post Office - Bracken Gardens Post Office

The line was long but the service was friendly and it was fast, they have excellent employees, there was no hassle with the disc renewal they did it under 10 min which is good to see. if you planning to go there on weekends go early in the morning to avoid long queues. Keep up the good work

The place is in poor condition due to lack of maintenance. Service is extremely slow although this seems to be the only post office in Alberton that does vehicle licence renewals.

Went there today Saturday 31 December for license renewal. The ladies were great friendly and super fast service with a smile

Excellent service is what I recieived I got there at 7:30, near opening time people got out of their cars and started queuing, I was at 4th position, when we got inside I had to fill in the paper work, after that I didn't mind joining the que from the last person for I saw how fast it was moving I didn't even spend 15 minutes inside, in all the government facilities I have ever been to this is by far the greatest thus far. Thanks for the great service. Keep up the good work.

The state of the post office is probably worse than the Alberton branch .. I think I counted 1 light working ... And no air-conditioning at all.... Luckily the unfriendly/unwelcoming staff is a consistent thing

Completed the transaction that was required but, the staff really need customer experience training. I got the distinct impression the customers were spoiling the staffs day by being there. A smile and hello costs nothing.

I have been waiting since January for someone to find my parcel that they lost in that post office . No feedback at all , they probably auctioned it off to someone!! So disappointed in the staff that "helped "when i called saying they would call me back and the service. Would not recommend this post office to anyone

Most unpleasant experience ever,the lady at the licence renewal,suffers from a terrible case of entitlement,rude, unprofessional, absolute below par performance,and so proud of herself...

Pathetic service and the most unfriendly staff.. would not use them would rather go to another branch or got to the licencing dept...

If you are looking for friendly customer service then this is not the Post Office for you. The staff are totally miserable and just ignore any greeting or thanks from their customers.
