Went to get my Car License renewed - There was a line on front off me but the actual service per client took 5 minutes at most. You do stand for awhile luck of when you arrive but once inside there are chairs to sit on - Covid precautions done very well - People collecting grants were in a separate que and only allowed 5 at a time. The security handled the two sections very well, very polite. As always Great service.
Service is slow because of lack of man power however staff do their best to meet their large demand. Prepare yourself for being at this post office for some time
Skilled staff needs to be hired, 1 person has 4 car licences and post office official takes 1h30min to process for ONE CLIENT. Disgusting service, not a surprise for south african service delivery! Probably got the job for knowing a friend instead of skills while the rest of us are prejudiced!
I initially had a problem regarding notifications of overseas packages. They have improved and are now sending sms's and they also call. Well done! You still wait a while at the post office though, I don't think it is the staff, but the system needs improvement.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Opened 30 minutes late, no apologies, just a nonchalant attitude. Slow to help customers. Appalling service.
Everytime you go there their POS machine is always not working, as if it isn't bad enough you have to pay for a delivery now you have to go look for an ATM and file back into line.
closed for now...no money to pay rent
SERVICE IS SHOCKING!!!!!!!!! Cannot speak to anyone and when you do are not at all helpful!
