Post Office - Gezina Post Office

My parcels arrived at this branch kind lady told me that they dont want more work so they send it out to another branch its been a week or 2 still have not got my parcel after i waited about 5 months now the parcel was there and 17track told me i can come collect at this branch....now its creating more problems because it first goes back to tswanes hub then to totiusdal PO it literally takes 5 minutes to scan and accept payment. Creating more problems because of not my job bye. Qiuck update its now 2018/12/04 still no parcel still waiting on it just because of negligence and planning. The parcel was in office and i did get an notification to come colect it at gezina but still managed to send it off to nowhere for no reason. Thanks.

In and out as anticipated , speed is what we wanted and got served. Mission accomplished

This Post office is ok under normal circumstances they are functional, they do well even when the ques are super long with unemployment grant collectors. I'm so disappointed though with them todays straight the were open but not operating due to loadshedding no electricity, seriously this kinda problem has been reoccurring for years now this SA after all "why haven't they invested in a back up generator?"

What a lovely experience, as with any service industry the people make the difference and on my visit the people were friendly and helpful and as efficient as they could possibly be. Overall the post office needs some love form government its a bit drab but the service is great and the people are too!

Pathetic service. I stood in a queue for two hours to purchase my vehicle licences without anyone moving. I then enquired what was going on only to be told that they will not sell any further licences that day. Not a sole during the two hours we stood came to inform us of anything. I suggest car licences be sold through Postnet outlets..last time I went to Gezina I was told they had no ink. More pathetic it can't get.

This post office was closed on 12 July 2022. It has merged with the Sunnyside Post Office branch where post that was destined for the Gezina branch can now be collected.

Horrible horrible horrible. For such a small post office they can't even answer a phone! Pathetic needless to say, I called a second time just to double check as they might be busy and it rang until the phone went dead. Pitty that you have to phone the national call centre for assistance. Pathetic post office. Totiusdal is a 10000 times better! Staff at Gezina please go for some training at the Totiusdal post office. Emma you are a star! And always so friendly and professional. Thank you Totiusdal post office for your EXCELLENT service.

Normal, except that they told me my electricity payment will reflect immediately when is a known fact to them that it takes 14 day!! This mistake cost me R1600 in reconnection fees!!!

Bring your own copies, print out the ALV form yourself, bring cash. This post office is barely operable...

I cant get my parcel cause they say they are offline My other parcel shows its at them but they wont give it to me cause they haven't send out a sms for me to collect. Over a year now.
