PostNet Pretoria CBD has very attentive and efficient staff. The service here is no less than excellent. They helped me to send and receive important documents that had to be submitted to DIRCO. I am extremely pleased with the service they provided. It is such a pitty that the proprietor of the building where their office is located is in a massive debt toward the utility supplier, and therefore the entire building was without electricity when I went in for collection.
I sent my fingerprints and documents for police clearance from Australia. I received acknowledgement that the documents had been delivered but I heared nothing from the CRC. I tried phoning and emailing them to no avail.I needed a reference as I had requested that Postnet collect the document on my behalf. Not being able to get a hold of the CRC, in desperation I asked Postnet for help. Brenda immediately tried to get info for me, unsuccessfully and first, but she tried again and the next communication to me was to tell me she had collected my certificate! Thank you so much Brenda and team for your efforts, going the extra mile!
With the assistance of Postnet CBD my police clearance was finalised and sent back to me in less than 3 weeks, start to finish. Excellent, thank you very much!
Their service is sooo bad, I took them 6 days for my parcel to be uploaded on the system. I don’t recommend this store at all. I was gonna give them 0 star if it was possible
