What a disaster of a place!!!!!! I am visiting here from New Zealand, all I wanted to do, was post an envelope to new Zealand. I waited in the queue for 1hour before I was attended to!! Another thing is that there was only one cashier or clerk if you want to call it that, that couldn't seem to find her feet . Absolutely disgusting that a person has to wait so long! I can tell you that in New Zealand you wouldn't wait 5 mins!!!!
Waiting for a package that was suppose to be Christmas present. Called a few times cause recieved no notice. Every time it was said its not there. So after Christmas just before new years I drove to the post office. Uppon arrival I was the only person in the post office. The lady at the first window flicked her head to suggest the second window because she was talking on her cell phone and it was clear it was a private call. The man at the second window again said there is no package. I asked him to make sure. He went into the back office. After waiting a very long time I walked to the 3rd window to see what he was doing in the office. And he was on his phone! I took out my phone and I asked how long should I wait and that I would like a number to lodge a complaint. He walked into the other office and within 1 min my package appeared! It was at the post office since November! They refused to give me details as to where to complain about the service. This is not the first time to receive such bad service. If there was a zero rating option I would give a zero!
No longer do car license disc renewals.
Saturday morning and only one person on duty. This can only be due to bad managment
