Post Office - Booysen Post Office

Looks deserted from outside, but it’s actually still open. There’s only one teller though which makes renewing your license disk take longer than it’s supposed to.

The service at this post office is shocking and the staff allow other people to jump the queue which is totally unacceptable. The security guard facilitates the jumping of queues and there is no control or respect for people's time. Only one individual processes the MVL renewals whilst there are no forms which creates more chaos during month end. They were inundated with customers as the Southdale Post Office was offline and they didn't bother to notify customers who then came to Booysens Post Office. This post office and the Southdale Post Office are indeed the worst service providers with no regard for their customers. It's very disappointing.

Won't support them as they openly make you pay a bribe before they assist you! If you don't pay it you won't get your stuff. Such a sick world we live in! DEVI NEEDS TO GET ONTO THEM! yes I do have names of personals doing this.

Went their today for car license renewal, cashier takes 45 min. per transaction which I feel is terrible service. If they can't help you in a reasonable time get rid of them and get someone who wants to get things done.

The slowest post office... I spent an hour waiting just coming to pay. When it's my turn they say the card payment is not working

I went to this post office on today in the morning poor service, to much dust every where after this lady told us they are offline when we ask maybe we can wait she give us attitude coz she was also talking with her friend that can you drive me some where please. Just imagine we use transport to go there nd also some people they coming from far. My Question is why black people don't take their job seriously the are many people out the want job but they don't appreciate what they have. This lady saved only 4 people after told us they are offline. At the end of the money they getting paid but they don't want to work.

Horrible service at this place only one person helping people while there are 2 people or more behind the glass ... slow and poor customer service and care, they speak loudly and laugh with each other instead of actually helping the people who are sitting well over 30 min to be assisted. Hence why it takes so long to be assisted
