Looks completely shut for good, go somewhere else
Lock down has been tough on all of us and I had been up and trying to get my documents certified especially the one that needed the Commissioner of Oaths and little did I know the quiet lady standing behind me was the branch manager. She gave me the best service and helped me out in completing my task. Thank you ever so much to Miss Norah Matlou
The customer service at this post office is actually disgusting. Upon arrival at 11:30 on a Saturday morning, I was asked by the lady there "why I came late?". The post office closes at 12 on a Saturday so I was well within the operating hours. There was no one else in the post office and yet This woman was so unnecessarily rude that she told me to get away from the glass window and wait to be called. People like that woman give our government departments a bad name! I will never be returning to Doornfontein Post office!
Poor service they close 2 hours before closing time had to return home empty handed whereas I got there on time
Just rang the PO from Australia to get a quote to get a package sent over here...bloody great service....thanks, Darren....
