Their service is bad , avoid going to that place if it’s not necessary, the staff is rude and they will tell you that their system is offline the whole day , they look tired and they don’t wanna work at all
Visited the post office to renew my license disc. The teller asked me to fill in the licence disk renewal form as expected. Waited in the queue for about 20 minutes only to be told by the same teller who asked me to fill in the form that the license renewal system was offline for more than 2 hours!!!!
Literally the worst post office I have ever dealt with. After sending multiple packages of exactly the same dimensions and content the office decided this week that the package was twice as expensive even after showing them receipts of the same package sent at the same office. The manager is rude and a liar and the staff that work there are completely useless and also extremely rude. I would recommend never using this post office.
This post office is always offline for license disk renewal every year when I go to renew my disk they are always offline and the customer service is also terrible had to argue with the tellers for a mere pen, they didn't want to give me a pen to fill in the document
Very very rude staff! No customer service, they look tired, uninterested and unkeen to do their job. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone...
they do not deserve their jobs, rude, and lazy people. Marshaltown and JHB post office are much better. they do not even answer their landline, i waited 10 minutes. hate this post office
I have been trying to track my parcel for three weeks, no one answers the landline. After holding on for a long time the calls are cut. Horrible service!
