Post Office-Roodepoort

Worst ever! The very reason why I will never EVER! in my life have something sent through this particular Post Office, they sent a collection notification 3 months after the item was sitting at the Roodepoort Post Office, only to be told it was sent back. I'm supposed to believe that, the attitude from staff was too bad, nothing they're going to do about it. One day there'll be no more work I can't wait to see that day.

Went this morning and they are closed till Wednesday waited for 15 minutes outside before the people who could see me inside came and said they are closed. "I was waiting for there to be a group before I come address you" I don't mind that they are closed it's how they addressed the elderly ladies asking them questions that bothered me. It just reminded me of how you need to consider what other people are going through before you address them. We always say this about the attitude of customers but same goes for anyone providing a service to customers. It's shameful that poor service can be expected from any organisation related to our country.

Got there, explained that I needed to pick up a parcel, was not asked to stand in any sort of que as others reviews described, went straight to the cashier/attendant number 1. Downside is the place is really dodge and the service has room for improvement attenants work abit slowly and none of my phone calls were answered.

I had horrible experience at Roodepoort post office last week Friday. From what I know when its time for the shop to close the employees need to assist customers who are already inside. What got to me was the lady who was not even assisting me had a lot to say about how I was making them go home late and that they cant go home late because of me...She had quite a lot to say That was a horrible experience of unprofessional employee. These people need to go back for training or better yet if you cant handle working at the post office look for another job. Stop frustrating paying customers. You employed there to serve us customers.

Absolutely horrible experience, the Post Office closes at 16:30 , yet by 15:30 there was no staff to help out . There were only two counters open , where one dealt with Licensing ,and the other had to handle the post and Payment for accounts all on his own. I don't understand why there were no staff to help. When they do finally help you out , they are so abrupt in the way they deal with you . Sorry to say , but this was a very bad experience.

Actually this post office doesn't even deserve a star, first of all its dirty, its smelly. The service is not there. How long our government's institutions will be managed like this. I'm here for over 30minutes four people behind the counter. One person servicing the queue. And the queein is long

Absolutely pathetic service. The staff member that handles the parcels wasn't at work and not a single person could assist. No one answers the phone either!

Cannot get hold of anyone via phone. Sometimes i need to track customer parcels but we cannot do our job when no one answers!

service was not bad at all, I hate the queue though and the place is filthy mann... Geeze!!

Opens later than the stated opening times then they also make you wait as they sit and do nothing.
