The Ladies are kind. Though they could be a little faster and thus reduce the waiting time. A smile and a few kind words go a long way!!

They don't answer the phone, they just let ring. I've been trying to get a hold of them for a package of mine that wasn't delivered, but no one answers the phone. Terrible service on my end.

It was very sad to find out that this post office has no generator during loadshedding and power outages. I went there this morning and the doors were closed. When we I asked around the building security guard said that the doors closes during outages. How come there is absolutely no support nor any infrastructure to keep our basic sevices afloat. I also called last week and the staff asked that I only come to the post office when there is no loadshedding. When I asked why they said they don't have backup power. This is sad andvery disappointing.

Does this post office still exist? I have been trying to phone but with no joy.

Hi this post office people are very rude because I ask if I can get n new sassa card because I lost it I can't get my sassa grant if I lost now they said I must wait

Very efficient, and staff are friendly and helpful most of the time that's why 1 star down, under sub-optimal conditions. The area can feel a little unsafe because there are lots of vagabonds around, but I've never had an issue. I wouldn't let my mom or wife go there alone though.

Went there 3 times over the past week. It was CLOSED. Least you can do is update the website to tell people the place no longer exists.

You don't deserve even 1 star and the people who work there don't deserve their jobs. You are pathetic with time keeping. If your working hours are from 8:30am then open at 8:30 on the dot NOT AT 8:40.
