Post Office - Sea Point

Completely shattered by the level of terrible service I received. Not once. Last call was the worst above. The lady whom I asked her name by the end of our conversation, Aisha put me on hold for over 2 minutes while she claimed everyone was busy and I could hear laughs and giggles from my end. I kept my cool but honestly was so close to losing it! I gave her my tracking number and she says we can’t track it Asked her to just check my name rather and she denied. After I explained that this had been suggested by a fellow coworker before as a way of tracking she then says well she’s not here. As if that woman is the only one capable of doing her job?! She then agreed to do it and stated how they are understaffed. Listen you cannot state how understaffed you are if someone asks you to do your job! Tell me I’ll be two mins not to try and make excuses. How appalling! Such incompetency

They do not answer their phones. I've gone there multiple times and not received assistance. I'm advised to come another day. It's such a waste of time.

Well I received excellent service It's all about being open and non judgemental about what we hear and read

I'm battling to get through to the sea point office. I have been trying to call them but their line cuts out. No email address on the website. This is very frustrating.

They have moved apparently to this address 2 months ago: Post Office Vlaeberg Corner Loop &, Pepper St, Cape Town, 8000

Lady who helped me was lovely - she cracked like 4 jokes and made me smile

The staff are kind and helpful Of course this all depends on how you treat them too. Unexpected location for a post office though inside a mall on the 2nd floor

Terrible phone service , closes at 16:00 , called and informed them of their online hours show they close at 16:30 , and i was told that the gentleman on the phone closes every day at 16:30 or later . I told him that he should check his google reviews , as I am not the only one to have visited the shop at 16:15 and see it’s closed .

Staff very friendly but remember it's still Post office.

Worst experience of my life! Absolutely shocked at the rude and blatent disregard for other people!!!!!
