Milnerton Post Office

Why do you have a telephone number but it does not work? How are people who no longer have a post office in their area able to phone and check if their parcel is with that branch if you cannot even get hold of any branch? Really guys you can do better! You even give me a tracking number that comes up "number unknown"!

The staff are lovely and very helpful but the absence of electricity for many months makes it difficult for the branch to run. So no credit card machines, no phones.

The 5 stars are for the friendly staff who have to work in the dark. Despite the struggles they were very friendly and helpful. It's a sad situation they find themselves in.

At least this post office generally answers the phone. Took a 92 yr old lady in March month to replace her SASSA card which expires April. There was no-one in the queue yet they refused to change her card because it wasn’t April yet. Even though the post office had no-one queuing for SASSA related queries or cards. Came back second week of April as they said we should to find post office in darkness not loadshedding, but electricity bill has not been paid and was told they would be without electricity probably till end of April and couldn’t help. The mind boggles!! The queue at Goodwood post office was endless. No good going there. The sad demise of SA Post Office service.

My name is Michelle, I'm urgent.. I'm supposed to collect but they oost office is all chained up. It's very urgent and if I don't collect by the 16th they are sending back. If anyone could please help

Extremely well managed. All daily received parcels are recorded, and you welcome to check with the counter if you are willing to wait. Chempt Post office on the other hand do not want to even try at all.

Collected a package in under 3 minutes, during loadshedding. It was a shockingly good experience

I have items from overseas that were ready for collection in April, yet I still have not been able to collect. When I went there I was told they cannot find my items and I will have to come back again. The gentleman helping me said I can whatsapp him the following week and he will let me know when it arrives. The post office was closed until further notice in May and still I have no idea who to contact or where to go and collect my packages. SAPO is in a sad state and it just seems the consumer should write off thousands of Rands in packages.

Front office lady with the dreads was rude and refused to even look at me while I asked for help needs to accommodate clients better
