Terrible service. I emailed a document as I was in a hurry. I spoke to a lady to get the email address. I communicated I am in hurry. In the email I communicated that I am on my way to pick it up. I took 20 minutes to get there. When I got here they did not print the document. They did nothing. She looked at me in surprise when I arrived and said she was busy and completely ignored the fact that I communicated all of this on the phone. Please address this internally as it reflects badly on your business.
The lady at the front desk Belinda was quite rude from the start this was the second time encountering her over a few months apart with the same lack of enthusiasm. She makes you feel like you have done something wrong, you feel guilty for trying to send a parcel and wasting her time and requesting information and some clarity about their services. People like her should not be servicing the public and representing a company at a front desk. Thank goodness for her gentleman colleague who made the experience a lot more comfortable and bearable. If we only had to deal with him, I would have given a 5 star rating.
My experience with Postnet Waterkloof was not good at all. Firstly as professional Quantity Surveyors we decided to use this branch for all our A1 building plan copies. The first two instances of using their service we found the copies were not to scale. The correct scale is vital in our business. Secondly, because of their convenient location, we decided to use them to print our plan copies where scale was not important. I handed them my usb drive to print from and inquired how long it would take to print, where the reply was that the files where still loading. The lady who seemed to be in charge was very abrupt when I asked again about the time it would take to print I received no answer. In the meantime another customer complained to her that her manner was abrupt and unfriendly. After waiting for over 15 minutes the same person informed me that the cartridge was out of ink. I asked for my usb drive back and decided to drive further and pay more for a professional printing service. I definitely do not recommend Postnet even though they advertise that they do plan printing for any professional printing.
Great customer service today when packing a fragile parcel. Friendly and helpful people.
I find the staff friendly and helpful and it’s located conveniently close to my home. They are agents for DHL and also have their own courier service at a slightly cheaper rate. I use DHL often and their delivery time of 3 days to the USA is acceptable and much cheaper than Fedex
