Congested with little space for busses present. The place isnt designed with passengers in mind. Very few amenities. When rains passengers have almost no where to shelter
A small bus station, with most buses being primarily cross border buses. You have to have your wits about you at this place. Know what it is you want to do and don't let people on the street deter or distract you because the worst might happen. Be safe out there.
The customer service is good. The place is overcrowded , u can be robbed in broad day light. Bus tickets negotiable. Friendly vendors who enter the bus selling good stuff like chocolates , icecreams , lays . Nice Clean pay toilets with high quality tissues kkk.
At least it allows cars to get inside to drop travellers and their laggages. But must expect overcrowding, no parking, full of confusion and doesn't feel safe. Not the best place to board.
The security guards were helpful even after arriving in the late evening, with just a few buses left. The surrounding area doesn't feel much safe if you are new to the place

This is a very busy part of Joburg where Zimbabwean buses rank, a lot is happening there, that is where you see how bad Zimbabwean economy has turned to be, seeing what people are sending home for resale, it no longer a general bus station but it has turned to be a place where hustlers send hustling items to Zim, and some accompany their hustling stuff, while a few people approximately -5% just get there only to travel to Zim
Bus hub for cross border buses. Naturally in a place like this hygiene is a challenge especially in the bathroom despite a R2 fee to use bathrooms
Not very safe .every toght and driver wants to take your bags to their bus.
The place is very small though it is a convenient place.
