ReaVaya Bus Station

The best experience ever, I literally don't wanna use any other mode of transport to get to wherever I wanna go

The driver are rude. There's no customer service.i don't think I'll use Rea via again

You wait for hours in Thokoza especially in the morning to get a bus to work.

There is always a C6 delay, consider getting these drivers fired because they are clearly not up for the job. The attitude and disrespect securities and the staff by the ticket windows is disgusting. They are forever offline until its month end cos they have to be paid they nice all of a sudden To find yourself in line for over an hour 15mins because a C6driver didn't clock in. You are aware of the clientele boarding c6 but zero amends are made to compensate yet you happy to take the tag refill money.

Rea Vaya station along the Orlando stadium route are inefficient really there is never enough tickets and the staff is rude and act like they own the station, I mean how can a person who is in a rush in the morning be told tickets are sold at another terminal???instead of the closest one to them? The cashiers are slow and unprofessional they chew, shout and at times swear in conversation with another colleague while serving a customer, there are safety concerns as some bus doors cannot close and the functionality has glitches at times your standing at one point but the door can not open. I feel the upkeep in Soweto stations is not prioritized as in town it’s just another government money making scheme plagued with bad management.

Reyavaya is inconvenience this days especially F3/F5

Perfect place for public transport

Since Lockdown level 3, the service is terrible. We have to wait for buses for hours. The drivers are rude and have 0 customer service.
