Excellent service all the time, friendly staff who know you by name.

Car broke down and was a last minute rental but Maggie did not want to be helpful at all. Her first words were that they only had the small cars at the front. Didn't even ask what size car we wanted. Unfortunately we were desperate but will never use Avis Welkom again.

Very nice cars but most of them the e-tags aren't working so you better have cash in hand or credit card because you pass at the toll gate.

The staff was friendly, but the coordination of the job was not impressive.
